DR. DOUG CUTLER
Doug Cutler, MD, FHM, and Diplomat American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine is currently a practicing hospitalist at Dignity Health YRMC Medical Center, Prescott AZ, serving in this capacity for six years. Previous positions held by Dr. Cutler include Chief of Internal Medicine, Regional Director of a large national Hospitalist Company, Physician Advisor, Medical Director of Care Coordination, Medical Director of a fully integrated multi-state Health System, staff hospitalist at various hospitals in the Southwest, and consultant Physician Advisor to a large health system that was building a strong Physician Advisor program from the ground up. Dr. Cutler’s philosophy in medicine is “Work Smarter, Not Harder” as relates to the important physician role of documentation and communication of patient care in the electronic health record.
DR. JACOB MARTIN
Jacob Martin, MD, PA-C, CDI-C is a board-certified physician and physician education who has been a practicing provider for over 40 years. Dr. Martin has extensive practice experience in Emergency medicine in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. He has worked in forensic medicine, including as a deputy coroner, medical examiner as well as a sports medicine director for a human performance lab and insurance medical reviewer. Dr. Martin found his passion in clinical documentation integrity and improvement and has worked as an instructor in CDI for the past 22 years. He is board certified by ABPM and ABQURP.


GLENN KRAUSS
Glenn Krauss is a nationally recognized CDI/Revenue Cycle expert and speaker. He has worked with a wide variety of healthcare systems, independent hospitals, and clinics, ranging from large academic medical centers and fully integrated urban healthcare systems to community hospitals, critical access hospitals, and Federal Qualified Healthcare Centers. Glenn collaborates with physicians and the revenue cycle team to achieve sustainable improvement in clinical documentation that reflects the communication of fully informed coordinated patient care. He incorporates best practice principles and standards of clinical documentation to effectively drive physician engagement using proven strategies that create and foster a sustainable model for clinical documentation improvement. Glenn is sought after for speaking engagements throughout the country on a wide variety of innovative thought provocative clinical documentation improvement topics and subjects.
